There is a vast array of social and coach lead opportunities for aspiring runners and walkers to choose from. Through this new training program, we’re inviting you to join us Saturday mornings to explore new custom-designed 5K or 10K routes that start and finish at local coffee houses. Back on My Feet is a national nonprofit organization that is dedicated to supporting independence and self-sufficiency within people who are transitioning out of homelessness, recovering from substance abuse, and/or transitioning out of incarceration. BoMF combines running and physical exercise, community support, workforce development, and essential employment and housing resources to support our members on the journey to reaching their self-sufficiency goals.

Any pace and distance is encouraged, although a majority of the group will typically range from three to seven miles. Those looking to go farther are encouraged to arrive earlier to finish with the group and we’re pet friendly—so bring along your four-legged friends if they’d like to join.
