There is a vast array of social and coach lead opportunities for aspiring runners and walkers to choose from. Through this new training program, we’re inviting you to join us Saturday mornings to explore new custom-designed 5K or 10K routes that start and finish at local coffee houses. Back on My Feet is a national nonprofit organization that is dedicated to supporting independence and self-sufficiency within people who are transitioning out of homelessness, recovering from substance abuse, and/or transitioning out of incarceration. The reason we started RAW was to bring people together to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We’ve all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal bests go down along the way! It’s been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at #HAF pace with all of you. We race in a lot of local races, especially the Austin Marathon, travel as a group to races, host some Pub Runs and challenge each other for a Friday Night Lights Showdown. We are Austin’s original run training program. From beginners prepping for their first 5K to advanced marathoners and trail ultra-marathoners training to go the distance, we train over 1,000 athletes per year with programs for nearly every person and race distance. If you have a goal to chase, then we have a program to help you get there.

Sunrise Track Club is a laid back, all paces friendly group that meets weekly on Thursday mornings at 6 AM for a different track workout each week. There are always two options for the workout and all pace groups available. Our motto is do it or don’t do it!
