Our goal is to fight obesity in America by motivating children and adults to stay physically active. Nowadays, video games are rage. It’s our goal to teach the kids to start and maintain active lifestyles when they are still young and they are less likely to become over weight. Adults, you sit at your desk all day and don’t focus on good eating habits.
It’s certainly an admirable feat to run 26.2 miles, and it’s not for everyone. A marathon isn’t the only way to lose weight. We want to help people to set attainable goal to run regularly a 5K’s, 10K’s, or a Half Marathon; and can be also a healthy path for people looking to slim down. You might need a tip how to improve or to run a personal best or you just want to be fit; our training group is here for you.
